Live Painting with artist Susan Bull Riley

Live Painting with artist Susan Bull Riley
An opportunity to watch an artist in action!
Engage with Susan as she creates a painting, working right in the Stowe Fine Art Gallery! This event is in conjunction with her current exhibit, In Their Elements, which is also on display in the Stowe location.
Susan Bull Riley grew up in Vermont, spending more time outdoors than indoors! Using both oil and watercolor, she focuses on landscapes, flora and fauna and birds. A lifelong fascination with birds, especially, brings a unique whimsy and intimate detail to her works. Susan lives and works in a renovated East Montpelier schoolhouse with her husband, the musician Richard Riley.
This free, public event offers a unique opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into her techniques, and watch as she works in real time.
This event is free and open to the public.
Parking is in the lot at Straw Corners.
Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
