Join us for a screening of OCM's 2021 film Candide! During the pandemic, OCM took on the challenge of translating this opera to film. In his pre-performance talk, OCM Artistic Director Douglas Anderson will give you a taste of what it took to bring this high-tech production to life. Listen for how Bernstein contrasts European operetta style with American musical theater throughout the sparkling overture.
