At Cornwall's Town Meeting, voters passed a non-binding resolution to oppose the Addison-Rutland Natural Gas Project. The owner of Santa’s Land and a caretaker have been accused of animal cruelty after police reported they found more than a dozen dead fallow deer at the Putney park.
