A section of Interstate 89 that was damaged by flooding last month is set to be rebuilt in the next six weeks, but another highly anticipated road project is being put off until next year. Vermont is again ranked as the state with the highest average internet speed according to the latest Akamai Quarterly State Of The Internet Report. The Shumlin administration has asked the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for information about malfunctioning radiation monitors at the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant. The plant's owner said radiation monitors produced false signals but did not fail. Vermont will become the third state to offer voter registration through its health insurance marketplace later this year.
