Update for April 4: WOXM is back on the air, now at 89.1 FM. Thank you for your patience!
We are happy to announce that VPR Classical’s Middlebury station, WOXM 90.1 FM, will move to 89.1 FM in early April. This change will allow us to increase the station’s power and double the population served from 49,000 to 100,000 Vermonters.
The transition will take place during the week of March 31. 90.1 FM will be off the air while engineers install a more powerful transmitter and modify the antenna. We expect the station to go back on the air at 89.1 FM by the end of the week, on or around Friday, April 4.
