Public Post: GO Day, Passport To Vermont Libraries, Woodbury Meeting On New School Law

Between National Get Outdoors Day and Vermont Days, there are many free activities to choose from this weekend. The Vermont Library Association is encouraging patrons to visit libraries throughout the state with its Passport to Vermont Libraries summer program. Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union is hosting a community conversation on Vermont's new education governance law.

Mary Carol Maganzini
Mary Carol joined Vermont Public in January of 2013. She began her broadcast career 25 years ago as news director at WEZF in Colchester. She has a BA in Economics and Fine Arts from St. Michael’s College and an MFA in acting from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She appeared in various roles over the years on the stage of St Michael’s Playhouse, and teaches young actors in The Broadway Workshop summer camp at St Mike’s.

Amy Kolb Noyes
Amy is an award winning journalist who has worked in print and radio in Vermont since 1991. Her first job in professional radio was at WVMX in Stowe, where she worked as News Director and co-host of The Morning Show. She was a VPR contributor from 2006 to 2020.
