According to a new report from the Audubon Society, there could be a lot fewer birds to watch at your bird feeder in the near future. Global warming is likely to endanger roughly 314 North American bird species, including the common loon, the wild turkey, the bald eagle and even the Vermont state bird, the Hermit Thrush.
Another study, The State of the Birds 2014, claims that conservation could be the best solution for slowing the decline of North American bird species.
