Hotel Purchased For Homeless Short Term Housing

In November of 2013, the Champlain Housing Trust embarked on a unique experiment. They bought an entire motel in Burlington to use as emergency short term housing for homeless people.

Michael Monte is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer for the Champlain Housing Trust he gave Vermont Edition an update on the project.
