An executive with Vermont's National Life Group has been named president and CEO of Sentinel Asset Management.
In addition to his new post, Thomas Brownell will remain chief investment officer for National Life.
National Life Group CEO Mehran Assadi says Brownell's credentials as an investment professional give him a unique perspective on how to succeed in a competitive environment.
Brownell joined the National Life Group in 1992. He has been chief investment officer since 2005.
Sentinel Asset Management is one of the companies of the Montpelier-based National Life Group.
