Gov. Peter Shumlin is going to highlight state efforts to ensure there are enough trained workers to meet the demand of the state's employers.
Shumlin and top economic development officials are planning to discuss the issue today at a South Burlington factory.
Last month the Vermont Department of Labor said the state's unemployment rate of 4.4 percent was one of the lowest rates in the country. But some employers have said they can't find enough trained workers.
