Dixieland Jazz, Acoustic blues guitar stylists, more newly-arrived bossa nova, Vermont bluegrass, and (certainly not least!) celebrating the 50th anniversary of the release of Joni Mitchell's album Blue !

This program will air on Sunday July 11th from 7 - 10 p.m.

This week's calendar announcements:

Cabot Arts presents a Concert and Fiddlers Gathering Campout with Special Guests, The Moon Shells on Saturday, July 17th at 4pm at Catamount Airfield at Under Orion Farm, 1009 Ducharme Rd. in Cabot.

Burlington City Arts presents a free concert with the Moon Shells in Burlington's City Hall Park on Wednesday July 14th at noon and also a concert with Atlantic Crossing on Friday July 16th, also at noon.

The Vermont Bluegrass Pioneers will be playing on the green in Milton at 20 Park Place on Tuesday
July 13th at 6 p.m.

The Vermont Bluegrass Pioneers will also be playing on Thursday July 15th at 5:30 at Hubbard Park in Montpelier.

Danny Coane and Carol Hausner will perform at the Montpelier Farmer’s Market on Saturday July 17th from 10 a.m. - 12:30.

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, VPR's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that "aims to reward the pinnacle of arts leadership in a state blessed with creative energy disproportionate to its population." He is also the recipient of the 2022 Magaret Kannestine Arts Advocacy Award from the Vermont Arts Council, and is a 2023 inductee to the International Folk Alliance's FolkDJ Hall of Fame.
