Middelbury State Rep. Amy Sheldon is the chair of the Commission on Act 250. She discusses what the commission has been charged with and what it has been hearing. We'll also talk with Brian Shupe of the Vermont Natural Resources Council and Warren Coleman of MMR Legal Services about the impact of Act 250 and how they'd like to see it changed.
