Gov. Peter Shumlin is ot running for re-election this year.

The extent of PFOA contamination in drinking water in parts of Bennington County remains unknown, as the state works to determine what new locations ought to be tested, and who will pay for the water cleanup. Gov. Peter Shumlin was quick to meet with North Bennington residents when the problem emerged there in early March, and we'll get his update on the status of testing, cleanup and related drinking water concerns in the state.

We'll also get the governor's read on controversial legislation to legalize marijuana, and what motivated his decision join the chorus of voices protesting a North Carolina law that Shumlin says discriminates against LGBT people.

Broadcast live on Thurs., March 31, 2016, at noon; rebroadcast at 7 p.m.
