This week, learn how to ask your guests to clean up before helping out in the kitchen.

This week, we find out the best way to ask guests to wash their hands before helping out in your kitchen.

"To stay healthy, I am careful to always wash my hand before working in my kitchen or preparing food. I keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in the kitchen near the entrance. I try not to be too irrational in my germaphobe ways and I don’t force the behavior on others.

'However, I have a hard time when guests gather in my kitchen and end up helping to prepare food or poking around the refrigerator when they have obviously not washed my hands. …How can I encourage a healthy and clean kitchen without being rude?"
