Beer and cheese are arguably two of the main reasons to live in or visit Vermont, so it's no surprise that Vermonters have started to combine the two.

Sally Pollak, food writer for the Savorvore Section of the Burlington Free Press, joined VPR Cafe to discuss the growing trend of beer-washed cheeses in the state.

Learn more in Pollak's article, The Ultimate Vermont Combo: Beer-Washed Cheese.

The VPR Café is made possible by Otter Creek Kitchenware, in Downtown Middlebury, offering over 70 lines of kitchenware.
