Live In The Studio With Scott Ainslie, And More!

We welcome Vermont bluesman Scott Ainslie, who will play selections from his new CD  "The Last Shot Got Him" and show off his "brand new" 1930s Gibson guitar.  Also serving up our usual wild mix of world and folk music and, as always, lots of music by Vermonters!

This program will air on Sunday October 26th from 7-10 p.m.

Alan Greenleaf and the Doctor will be appearing at Sweet Melissa's, Montpelier, on Wednesday, Oct. 29th, from 8-10:30 p.m.

Willa Mamet and Paul Miller will perform at the Whallonsburg, NY grange on Saturday November 1st at 7:30 p.m.

Waylon Speed with special guests Anders Parker and Mark Spencer will perform at Higher Ground in South Burlington on Friday October 31st.

Vermont bluesman Scott Ainslie will be performing material from his new CD at the Idlewood Inn and Restaurant in Sharon on Friday October 31st.

The Flynn Center in Burlington presents The Del McCoury Band on Sunday November 2nd.

Woodchuck’s Revenge will play the Dorset Farmers Market on Sunday November 2nd at 10 a.m.

The Social Band will be performing Saturday, November 1st at the College Street Congregational Church in Burlington at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, November 2nd at the United Church of Hinesburg 3:00 p.m.

 John and Ida Mae Specker present a concert of traditional American fiddle and banjo music on Saturday, November 1st -Celtic New Years Day- from 2-4 pm , at the Andover, VT, Town Hall. All are welcome, and admission is free!

The Northwoods Stewardship Center in E. Charleston presents Wind that Shakes the Barley at the Kingdom Coffeehouse on Saturday November 1st at 7 p.m.

The Good Times Café in Hinesburg presents Guy Davis on Saturday November 1st at 8:30 p.m.

David Bromberg will be performing at Petit Campus in Montreal on Saturday November 1st.
 

The Ripton Community Coffeehouse presents Mark Erelli with Charlie Rose on pedal steel on Saturday November 1st - The open mic begins at 7:30, with the featured performers following.

The Upper Valley Music Center in Lebanon, NH presents a mandolin and fiddle extravaganza on Saturday November 1st featuring Vermont musicians Keith Murphy and Sarah Blair. Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
