"If you can name a food, you can find it, you can eat it" - Sally Pollak
Burlington's Pine Street was once an industrial center near the shore of Lake Champlain. Over the years, the street lost the factories and became something of a wasteland. Now, however, Pine Street has come to life with a host of eateries. Sally Pollack, who writes for The Burlington Free Press, said "If you can name a food, you can find it, you can eat it." You can learn more about the revitalization of Pine Street and take a walking tour in her Free Press article.
The VPR Cafe is produced in collaboration with The Burlington Free Press.
