On Saturday and Sunday September 20th and 21st the first Burlington Morris Ale, a gathering of morris dance teams from all over the northeast, comes to Northern Vermont.

You can see them dance on Saturday, September 21st at the Shelburne Harvest Festival from 10:30 – 1:00
and on the Church Street Marketplace in Burlington from 3-5 p.m., also on Sunday, September 22nd
at Ben and Jerry’s in Waterbury from 11:00-1:00, and at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill in Waterbury Center from 2 – 4 p.m.
Moira Smiley and her group VOCO will appear at Tourterelle Inn on Route 7 in New Haven on Sunday September 21st .
Lui Collins will be performing at a house concert in Jericho on Saturday September 20th at 7:30 pm.

It's time to register for the fabulous Adirondack Dance Weekend happening from September 19th – 21st at Silver Bay on Lake George. The weekend will include Contras, English, Waltzing, Tango (new), Jamming, Kayaking, and Hiking, and bands include Spare Parts, the Free Raisins, and Bare Necessities.
The Rusty Nail in Stowe presents the New Riders of the Purple Sage on Thursday September 18th.
Pharis and Jason Romero will perform at Petit Campus in Montreal, 57 Prince Arthur E. on Saturday September 20th - doors open at 7:30, and music begins at 8:00 p.m.
Woodchuck’s Revenge will play at the Music Box in Craftsbury on Saturday September 20th.
On Saturday September 20th there will be a festival featuring the food, music, and dance of Brittany, France, in the Acworth, NH, Town Hall featuring Claire Boucher as the caller and Brad Hurley, flute, both from Montréal. Claire Boucher is from Brittany and has called and sung many dances in the US and Canada. She will teach these easy to learn dances while singing and being accompanied by Brad Hurley on the flute. The festival will start at 5:30 p.m. with crêpes and cider, and the dance is at 7:30.
The Colonial Theater in Bethlehem, NH presents Le Vent du Nord on Saturday September 20th.
Singer-songwriter Celia Evans will perform at the Plattsburgh, NY United Methodist Church coffeehouse on Friday September 19th at 6:30 p.m.
The Town Hall Theater presents The Alt, featuring John Doyle, Nuala Kennedy and Eamon O'Leary
on Sunday, September 21st at the Town Hall Theater. Doors open at 6:30, and the concert is at 7 p.m.
Kingdom County Productions opens its 2014-15 season with the Infamous Stringdusters. Showtime is 7:30pm, Friday, September 19th at Fuller Hall, St. Johnsbury Academy.

On Saturday September 20th at 9pm Gypsy Reel will be back at Windsor Station, Vt.
Come to an exuberant contra dance with Pete’s Posse with calling by Adina Gordon at the Tinmouth Community Center on Friday September 19th from 8–11 p.m. All dances are taught, and you do not need a partner. If you are a beginner, come at 8.
