Nationally, over 3 million people can be classified as telecommuters. With a growing number moving into the state, telecommuters are bringing with them resources that can help boost our local economy.
We talk to Ben Wilson, the president of the Better Middlebury Partnership, Lisa Gosselin, Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development, and Tig Tillinghast, a resident of Thetford who has started two 'virtual' companies. And we learn how this population of workers may be able to help revitalize our rural communities.
