Vermont’s medical marijuana dispensaries have been in operation for just under year. But lawmakers are already considering a bill to expand the number of dispensaries, remove the cap on the total number of patients and allow for home delivery of medical marijuana. We discuss the details with the bill's sponsor, Sen. Jeanette White, and with Shayne Lynn of Champlain Valley Dispensary.
