FILE- In this Feb. 3, 2010 file photo, students eat lunch at Sharon Elementary School in Sharon.

Results from the Youth Risk Behavior Survey released last week by the Vermont Department of Health show that 29 percent of students in the state are overweight or obese. On the next Vermont Edition, we'll look at the data and the contributing factors of poor nutrition, too little exercise and too much "screen time."

Our guests are Deputy Health Commissioner Tracy Dolan and Ryan Torres of the Greater Burlington YMCA's "Eat Well, Play More Vermont" campaign. Torres and Dolan both argue that public health policy changes can make significant improvements to the problem of overweight and obese children.

Also in the program, an update on a major bridge into Montreal that's in need of major repair. CTV Montreal reporter Derek Conlon joins us to explain.
