Michelle Goodell

Michelle (Connor) Goodell joined Vermont Public in 2022 and serves as HR Business Partner. She supports managers and employees from recruitment to performance management, professional development to benefits. She consults on policies, compensation, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Michelle brings two decades of experience in nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, including the Champlain Housing Trust, Vermont Land Trust and the Essex Westford School District. She earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College, is a SHRM-Certified Professional and served on the board of the Green Mountain Club from 2016 until 2022.

She lives with her family and their dogs in Essex and enjoys getting outside in all of Vermont's weather!
