Michelle Goodell

Michelle (Connor) Goodell joined Vermont Public in 2022 as an HR Generalist. Her work focuses on communications between staff and board members, special projects to enhance the employee experience and coordination for the Vermont Public board of directors.

Michelle brings two decades of experience in nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, including the Champlain Housing Trust, Vermont Land Trust and the Essex Westford School District. She earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College, is a SHRM-Certified Professional and served on the board of the Green Mountain Club from 2016 until 2022.

She lives with her family and their dogs in Essex and enjoys getting outside in all of Vermont's weather!
