The Vermont House is set to debate boosting the minimum wage in the state from its current $8.73 to $10.10 per hour. But the big question is how fast to get to that level. Landmark College in Putney plans to build a $10 million center for education and research in the so-called STEM fields: science, technology, engineering and math.A lawyer for a man charged in connection with the killing of a Sheffield woman says pre-trial publicity has made it impossible for him to get a fair trial in an unrelated case.
