State health care advocates are concerned that thousands of uninsured Vermonters will soon lose their ability to get coverage through Vermont’s new health care exchange. The advocates are urging the state to launch an aggressive public information campaign to address the situation. Senator Bernie Sanders is set to discuss education policy and funding prospects with his state-level counterparts. New Hampshire businesses are urging a Senate panel to support a plan to provide private health insurance to an estimated 50,000 poor adults.
