The Vermont Health Department says texting while driving by teenagers is becoming a significant public health and safety issue.  A new law requiring identification from people selling coins to dealers has helped lead police to arrest a man accused of stealing a collection worth about $4,000. Vermont State Police searching for a man who was last seen over the weekend are planning to expand their search to the Mettawee River. About 40 guardsmen from seven states are competing in the National Guard Bureau's East Regional Biathlon Competition in Jericho.
