The state of Vermont and the owners of the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant have signed a legal agreement that officials say will assure that the plant is decommissioned as promptly as possible; While some northern Vermont communities hit by floods and power outages are returning to normal, others are bracing for even harder times tonight, and commentator Bill Schubart on what he learned from the toys of Christmas past.
