Join us to learn about fun gardening projects for kids.

Last week VPR and Charlie Nardozzi teamed up with Sarah Pounders of Kids Gardening for a virtual event about fall gardening projects for kids. Now you can see the webinar on YouTube.

[THIS EVENT HAS PASSED BUT YOU CAN SEE THE WEBINAR HERE]

Kids are heading back to school, in various ways and places. We're all looking for ways to engage kids in hands-on, meaningful learning. There's no better way to do that than with gardening! Since there's still time to garden with your child, indoors and out, we're here to help! This webinar will be hosted by Charlie and Sarah and feature video demonstrations of several projects created by Kids Gardening program director Christine Gall.

This event is generously sponsored by Gardener's Supply.

Charlie Nardozzi is an author, radio and TV personality, speaker, tour leader and host of All Things Gardening on Vermont Public Radio.

Sarah Pounders is a Senior Education Specialist at KidsGardening and has been active in the field of youth gardening for over 25 years with experience coordinating numerous children’s gardens, and writing curricula and activities for youth of all ages.

Christine Gall is the Program Director at KidsGardeing and has been immersed in the world of agriculture and food-based learning for over a decade, from farming in Vermont to cooking with elementary-aged youth in Maine.
